DLTD (DL Technical Development) provides youth football coaching services based in Townsville, Queensland. This app is how coaches, players, and parents/guardians manage development plans, scheduling, and communication for those services.

By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you're a parent or guardian setting up an account on behalf of a player under 18, you're agreeing on their behalf as well as your own.

• Accounts are set up using a code issued directly by a DLTD coach or administrator — you can't create an account without one.
• You're responsible for keeping your login details secure, and for anything that happens under your account.
• One account is for one person. Don't share your login with anyone else.
• If any of your details change (email, phone, etc.), please keep them up to date, or let your coach know so they can update them for you.

Depending on the arrangement with your club, a player under 18 may manage their own account directly, or have their account set up and managed by a parent or guardian.

Where a parent or guardian manages the account, they're responsible for reviewing the content shared through the app on behalf of their child, including development plans, coach notes, and any video submitted.

Where a player under 18 manages their own account, their parent or guardian remains responsible for their child's use of the app and agrees to these terms on the player's behalf, as set out in Section 2 above.

The app supports DLTD's coaching program — development plans, coach assessments, physical testing results, scheduling, and club communication. It's a coaching and administration tool, not medical, dietary, or professional advice. If a player has a medical condition, injury, or other concern, speak directly with a qualified professional, not just the app's content.

• Players/guardians may upload short video clips (e.g. skill challenge submissions) and other content through the app.
• You keep ownership of anything you submit, but you give DLTD permission to store it, show it to the relevant coach(es) for review, and use it for the purpose it was submitted for (coaching feedback and development tracking).
• Don't submit anything that isn't yours to share, or that's inappropriate, offensive, or unrelated to your coaching program.

Please use the app respectfully. Don't attempt to access another family's information, interfere with the app's operation, or use it for anything outside genuine coaching/administration purposes for your own DLTD program.

We aim to keep the app available and working well, but we don't guarantee it will always be free of interruptions or errors. Features may be added, changed, or removed over time as the program evolves.

You can request your account be deleted at any time through the app's own account settings, or by contacting us directly. A coach or administrator may also suspend or remove an account where necessary — for example, if someone is no longer part of the DLTD program.

The app is provided as a coaching and administration tool "as is." To the extent permitted by law, DLTD isn't liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can't be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

We may update these terms from time to time, for example as new features are added to the app. We'll update the "last updated" date above when we do. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
